Zoomlion recognizes the dearth of quality personnel in the environmental sanitation industry in Ghana and the consequences it has on effective output and service delivery from the industry. It is in this regard that the company, in collaboration with top local and international academic institutions is establishing the Institute of Waste Management to feed the sanitation industry in Ghana and beyond with highly-skilled and well-trained personnel.
